DELIVERY – HELP AND FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Do we offer SAME DAY delivery?  Yes we do.  Please place your order by no later than 3.30pm for same day local

Can I choose Morning or Afternoon Delivery?  Yes.  We offer delivery options of Morning (between 10.30am – 12 noon) and Afternoon – between 2pm – 5.30pm MONDAY TO FRIDAY.  Please advise if going to a work address, what time the recipient is likely to leave work by.

How much is delivery? Standard delivery ie AM or PM is only $9.90

When will the order be delivered?  We are open Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5pm Queensland time.  Please select the date you would like your order delivered, excluding weekends when we are closed.  Deliveries take place between 10.30am – 5.30pm.

I want it there at a certain time. If you need it to be delivered within a 2 hour time frame during our working hours, you can add the product for Urgent Delivery found in the majority of categories, and add that to the cart.  There is an additional fee for urgent delivery, as we have to pay our couriers a priority delivery fee.  Otherwise, please call our shop 07 5531 0088 and we will book in an “Urgent Delivery”.

Where do I put their delivery address when placing my order online? There is a box next to the sender address, please click “Yes, the shipping address is different to the Customer address” in the box.  This will then open up a new section so you can enter the recipient’s address in Shipping Details.

Do you deliver Saturday or Sunday? NO, we are always closed every weekend.  Couriers don’t work at weekends.

The website asks me for a specific time for the delivery, can you really do that?  The website order system will ask for a delivery time, please complete this.  BUT NO specific times can be done, only AM or PM as our couriers in the real world (rather than the online world!) can only do these.

It’s going to a secure unit block or security estate, how do I tell you about any special codes on my online order, so the courier can get in? Please put any special instructions, like the buzzer number, etc in Order Noteswhen placing an online order.

How do I claim my FREE delivery for a hospital order?  Please enter coupon code HOSP at checkout, and it will automatically raise a credit for $9.90, bringing the delivery fee to zero. If calling the shop, we will give you free delivery on your hospital delivery as a matter of course.

Where do you deliver to?  We deliver to Paradise Point, Runaway Bay, Coombabah, Helensvale, Arundel, Molendinar, Parkwood, Nerang, Southport, Southport CBD, Labrador, Ashmore, Bundall, Chevron Island, Benowa, Benowa Waters, Biggera Waters, Main Beach, Surfers Paradise, Broadbeach, Broadbeach Waters, Mermaid Waters, Mermaid, Miami, Robina, Clear Island Waters, Carrara, Worongary, Mudgeeraba, Burleigh, Burleigh Waters, Palm Beach, Coolangatta, Tugun for just $9.90! Further north of Paradise Point, south of Tugun or West of the Pacific Highway not mentioned in the above suburbs may attract a small surcharge. We can deliver out to the Hinterland or to suburbs such as Eagle Heights but require 24 hours notice, and a surcharge on the delivery fee will need to apply.

Do we have any discounts on delivery fees?  Yes, we offer FREE Delivery for all hospital deliveries for the GC University Hospital, Pindara Hospital, Benowa, Allamanda Private Hospital, Southport, Robina Hospital, Robina and John Flynn Hospital at Tugun! This is automatically offered by our staff when placing an order over the phone, for online orders, please use coupon code HOSP at checkout to claim.

What happens if the receiver isn’t home when the courier tries to deliver?

  • If going to a house/ duplex etc where there is somewhere safe to leave your gift, the courier will do so.
  • Unfortunately, If the receiver isn’t home AND lives in a secure unit block / security estate / house with no access and high walls, to which the courier has been unable to get access to;
  • AND doesn’t answer their phone when the courier arrives,
  • we will have to have the gifts returned by the courier to our shop for safekeeping.
  • If there is an alternative address that the gifts can be left close by (maximum of 2 doors away), please advise us when placing your order either by phone or online, in the “Order Notes.”
  • Returned item due to non-delivery – A message will be left if they have a message bank on their telephone, to call us regarding the collection, or a note left in their letter box.  A redelivery fee will have to be charged if you wish the courier to attempt redelivery.  Otherwise, the receiver is welcome to come to our shop and collect the gift within 2 days of the attempted delivery (excl weekends).

I don’t want it delivered, I want to order then come and pick up from your shop.  How do I tell the website this?  Use coupon code PICK at check out, and this will raise a $9.90 credit on your order, effectively bringing the delivery fee to zero.  Please enter in at Customer Notes, what day you want to come in and collect.
