Where do I put the DELIVERY ADDRESS?

You need to click the box that says “Ship to a Different Address”, next to where you entered your address.  This will then open up a new area for you to enter the delivery address (called Shipping Address on the website)

Where do I put the MESSAGE FOR THE CARD?

Please put this in the section called Customer Notes when you get to checkout.  We include a free florist message card with every order.  Please call us on 07 55310088 if you have any problems

Where do I put their telephone number?

Please enter a tel. no. for the receiver of your gifts in the “Order Notes.”

When will the order be delivered?

We are open Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5pm Queensland time.  Please select the date you would like your order delivered, excluding weekends when we are closed.  Deliveries take place between 10.30am – 5.30pm Monday – Friday.  Earlier deliveries can be done by arrangement – please call us on 07 55310088 to organise.

How do I claim my free delivery for a hospital order?

Enter coupon code HOSP at checkout, and it will automatically raise a credit for $9.90, bringing the delivery fee to zero.

The website asks me for a specific time, can you really do that?

The website order system will ask for a delivery time, please complete this.  BUT NO specific times can be done, only AM or PM as our couriers in the real world (rather than the online world!) can only do these.

I want it there urgently / at a certain time.

If you need it to be delivered within a 2 hour time frame during our working hours, please select our product Urgent Delivery, which will add a small additional fee on for the priority service.  Otherwise, please call our shop 07 5531 0088 and we will book in an “Urgent Delivery” – this incurs an additional fee as the couriers will charge us extra to reorganise their whole run around the urgent order, to ensure your order is delivered within the 2 hour time frame.

It’s going to a secure unit block or security estate, how do I tell you about any special codes, etc, so the courier can get in?

If going to a secure unit block / estate, please put any special instructions, like the buzzer number, etc in “Customer Notes.

What payment options do you accept?

We accept Mastercard, visa, american express all without any cc surcharge!  Also, debit cards as well as Paypal.

I am having problems with my order rejecting, what do I do?

Please call us on 07 55310088 and we will quickly and easily take the order.

I don’t want it delivered, I want to come in and collect. How do I tell the website that?

Enter code PICK at checkout, and it will raise a credit for $9.90, bringing the delivery fee to zero.  Please enter in the Customer Notes the date you want to come in and pick up your order.

What size is the standard? Is that the one in the picture?

No, the picture always shows the Classic (Medium) size.  The standard has a few fewer flowers in, and the large (deluxe) has more flowers in.  The size doesn’t alter a great deal, it is more the number of flowers, especially premium flowers such as roses and lilies that are included.

What do you do as a florist?

Being a florist is more than simply offering a range of flowers to our customers. A lot of work goes on behind the scenes to find the most beautiful seasonal offerings to suit any occasion. We also design our arrangements by hand for an inspiring effect for our customers.

How do I choose wedding flowers?

When planning your wedding, you likely have a colour theme in mind. Your wedding flowers should match the theme in order to compliment various aspects of your wedding, such as the colours your bridal party are wearing, your table accents, the location and also the time of year. You may wish to choose earthy tones for a fall wedding, or bright colours for a summer wedding. The species of flower can then be chosen depending on the colours that you want.

How far in advance should I order wedding flowers?

Your big day is important to us, so we recommend that you order your wedding flowers as soon as you have an idea of what you want. Then, we work hard to ensure that you have your flowers in time for the event and that they are as fresh and beautiful as possible.

Do you offer wedding packages?

We do feature a number of arrangements that are perfect for your wedding. From the bouquet to the aisle flowers, our options are the perfect addition to create a day to remember forever. Speak to our team about our wedding collections for attractive, colourful and fragrant flowers for your ceremony, bridal party and reception.

How much does flower delivery cost?

We have a set rate for standard delivery of $15 per order. If you need urgent delivery within a 2 hour time frame, then an additional fee will apply.

Do we offer SAME DAY delivery?

Yes, we do.  Please place your order by no later than 4:00 pm for same day local

Can I choose Morning or Afternoon Delivery?

Yes.  We offer delivery options of Morning (between 10.30am – 1 pm) and Afternoon – between 2pm – 5.30pm MONDAY TO SATURDAY.  Please advise if going to a work address, what time the recipient is likely to leave work by.

How much is delivery?

Standard delivery has a flat fee of $15

If you need it to be delivered within a 2-hour time frame during our working hours, you can add the product for Urgent Delivery found in the majority of categories, and add that to the cart.  There is an additional fee for urgent delivery, as we have to pay our couriers a priority delivery fee.  Otherwise, please call our shop 07 5531 0088 and we will book in an “Urgent Delivery”.

Where do I put their delivery address when placing my order online?

There is a box next to the sender address, please click “Yes, the shipping address is different to the Customer address” in the box.  This will then open up a new section so you can enter the recipient’s address in Shipping Details.

Do you deliver Saturday or Sunday?

YES, We are now open on Saturdays as well. If you need your flowers delivered on a Sunday, let us know 24 hours in advance to check availability.

How do I claim my FREE delivery for a hospital order?

At checkout, several shipping options will be available, choose FREE Hospital delivery and shipping costs will automatically be deducted. All our phone orders going to a hospital will automatically include FREE delivery.

Where do you deliver to?

We deliver anywhere on the Gold Coast, as far north as Ormeau and as far south as Tweed and Banora Point. We can deliver out to the Hinterland or to suburbs such as Eagle Heights but require 24 hours notice, and a surcharge on the delivery fee will need to apply.

Do we have any discounts on delivery fees?

Yes, we offer FREE Delivery for all hospital deliveries for the GC University Hospital, Pindara Hospital, Benowa, Allamanda Private Hospital, Southport, Robina Hospital, Robina and John Flynn Hospital at Tugun! This is automatically offered by our staff when placing an order over the phone, for online orders, please choose FREE Hospital delivery in the shipping method.

What happens if the receiver isn’t home when the courier tries to deliver?
  • If going to a house/ duplex etc where it is somewhere safe to leave your gift, the courier will do so.
  • Unfortunately, If the receiver isn’t home AND lives in a secure unit block/security estate/house with no access and high walls, to which the courier has been unable to get access to;
  • AND doesn’t answer their phone when the courier arrives,
  • we will have to have the gifts returned by the courier to our shop for safekeeping.
  • If there is an alternative address that the gifts can be left close by (maximum of 2 doors away), please advise us when placing your order either by phone or online, in the “Order Notes.”
  • Returned item due to non-delivery – A message will be left if they have a message bank on their telephone, to call us regarding the collection, or a note left in their letterbox.  A redelivery fee will have to be charged if you wish the courier to attempt redelivery.  Otherwise, the receiver is welcome to come to our shop and collect the gift within 2 days of the attempted delivery (excl weekends).
