Often, yes. Call us and we’ll do our best to arrange express same-day delivery depending on the destination and stock availability.
Can I pick up my order in store? +
Absolutely—choose Click & Collect at checkout. Pick up from our boutique inside Australia Fair, Southport. We’ll confirm when it’s ready.
Can you customise a bouquet to my budget and style? +
Yes—tell us your budget, colour palette and occasion, and our florists will create a bespoke design. We also offer Speaking Roses with messages printed directly on petals.
What happens if the recipient isn’t home? +
Our couriers will leave the flowers in a safe, shaded place or with a neighbour where possible. If re-delivery is required, a re-delivery fee may apply.
How should I care for my flowers? +
Trim stems 1–2 cm, place in fresh water, and keep away from direct sun, heat and drafts. Refresh the water daily to enjoy them for longer.
