Simply empty the pouch into a saucepan with a bottle (1 litre) of red wine, warm gently, and simmer for 15 minutes to 2 hours. Prefer something alcohol-free? Steep it in hot apple juice or water for a fragrant spiced infusion — a lovely cuppa to enjoy beside your flowers.
