Do you offer same-day flower delivery on the Gold Coast?

Yes. Order by 2pm and we’ll hand-deliver your flowers across the Gold Coast the same day. Every arrangement is made fresh in our Southport studio before it goes out.

What’s the cut-off time for same-day delivery?

Our same-day cut-off is 2pm. Orders placed before 2pm are delivered that day, and orders after 2pm are delivered the next available day. If you’re cutting it fine, call us on (07) 5632 8633 and we’ll do our best to help.

What areas do you deliver to?

We deliver right across the Gold Coast, from Southport to the surrounding suburbs. See our delivery area page for the full list of suburbs, or call us to check your address.

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery is charged at standard rates depending on the area, and it’s free to all Gold Coast hospitals. You’ll see the delivery cost at checkout, or call us on (07) 5632 8633 for a quote.

Can I request a specific delivery time?

We deliver throughout the day, so we can’t guarantee an exact time, but you’re welcome to request a morning or afternoon delivery and we’ll do our best to accommodate it. For time-sensitive deliveries, let us know and we’ll help where we can.

What happens if no one is home?

Our driver will leave the flowers in a safe, shaded spot or with a neighbour or reception where appropriate, and we’ll let the recipient know. For deliveries to businesses, hospitals or apartments, we’ll leave them at the front desk or reception.

Do you deliver on weekends and public holidays?

We deliver on Saturdays, and delivery on Sundays and public holidays is limited and busier than usual. For weekend, holiday or peak-occasion deliveries, we recommend ordering early and calling us on (07) 5632 8633 to confirm.

Do you deliver to hospitals, businesses and aged care homes?

Yes. We deliver to all Gold Coast hospitals (free of charge), as well as offices, schools, aged care homes and funeral homes. Just give us the facility name and the recipient’s details.

Will I know when my flowers have been delivered?

We’re happy to confirm once your flowers have been delivered. If you’d like an update, just ask when you order, or call us on (07) 5632 8633 any time.
